Terms and general conditions
Maximum occupation is 2 or 3 people per apartment. Children and babies count as a person. Reservations with a baby are always on demand (some apartments may not be suited to accept babies).
Animals are not permitted without permission from the owners before booking and subject to certain conditions.
For reservations, a deposit of 30% is obligatory. The balance will be paid upon arrival on site. The deposit will not be refunded.
The apartment will be handed over clean, and it is requested that it be returned in the same condition. If, before departure, you do not clean the apartment, we demand a supplement of 50 Euros.
Sheets and two towels per person are provided and changed weekly.
